Never worked with a Personal Trainer before, but I have to say being able to work one on one is huge, having someone that makes sure you have the right form and that pushes you to the limit makes the difference, I have yet to see how far I can go but I am excited, Ken is a great trainer and he has been highly recommend, I know he can help me get to my goal 🙂read more

I decided to go with Ken and Lifestyle Fitness because I was ready to start being active again. The main problem I had is that I have a back injury that I needed to be really careful of. Ken has been fantastic in making sure I don't injure myself anymore and still making sure the workouts are different and challenging. We even started boxing. He is a great motivator and really knows what he is doing. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get active again!read more

I started working out with Ken in February when I got him as a trainer for a birthday gift. He definitely challenges me and I leave feeling like I've done a great workout. I've already started to see muscle definition on my arms which is something I had told him I wanted to work on. He teaches me ways in which I can incorporate the workouts on my own when I'm not working out with him. I've already started recommending him to others and will continue to recommend him!read more
