I've being working with Ken for the past three months and would very highly recommend him as a personal trainer. Right off the bat, Ken assessed my biggest weakness (balance) and over the span of a few weeks patiently built up my balance so that I was in a good position to move into more challenging exercises. Now, he's working with me in all my goofy awkwardness to make sure that I develop the correct technique while still getting a good sweaty workout. Ken also asks questions and listens. It's very clear he's aware of my fitness goals and completely supports them. He'll keep me on track without being intrusive (or judgmental) by asking important questions like "Did you do cardio today?" and "How's your food intake been?" More importantly, he's consistent with asking me how I feel every session and then modifies the workout to make sure I don't overtax any muscle groups or injure myself. And Guess what! I'm seeing amazing results! Better yet - people are noticing!! Since I starting working with Ken, my body fat has decreased by 4.73% and I've dropped 30 pounds! If you are looking for a personal trainer look no further. Ken is an excellent trainer. He is very motivating and really listens to what your goals are. He pushes you with your workouts to limits you never imagined you can ever do. But he is very cautious about preventing injuries. He designs your workouts for you. Not just a cookie cutter workout. I highly recommend Ken.read more

Never worked with a Personal Trainer before, but I have to say being able to work one on one is huge, having someone that makes sure you have the right form and that pushes you to the limit makes the difference, I have yet to see how far I can go but I am excited, Ken is a great trainer and he has been highly recommend, I know he can help me get to my goal 🙂read more

I decided to go with Ken and Lifestyle Fitness because I was ready to start being active again. The main problem I had is that I have a back injury that I needed to be really careful of. Ken has been fantastic in making sure I don't injure myself anymore and still making sure the workouts are different and challenging. We even started boxing. He is a great motivator and really knows what he is doing. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get active again!read more

I started working out with Ken in February when I got him as a trainer for a birthday gift. He definitely challenges me and I leave feeling like I've done a great workout. I've already started to see muscle definition on my arms which is something I had told him I wanted to work on.
