It doesn’t matter where you are in your fitness journey, these classes are designed so anyone can join in and get a great workout without feeling overwhelmed. We’re there to push and challenge you, but also understand that everyone’s level of fitness and experience is different.
Cardio — sometimes known as aerobic exercise — is an essential part of a well-balanced mix of fitness training. Make your heart, lungs, and circulatory system healthier and stronger, boost weight loss, and even bone density.
Plyometrics are also known as “jump training,” and are designed to improve your overall explosiveness, speed, and power. In contrast to weight training, these are quick, high intensity movements — such as squat jumps — we work in to build your muscle strength.
Strength training isn’t just for the body builders — it’s something everyone can benefit from. Weight training builds and tones your muscles, revving up your metabolism, preventing injury, and even strengthening your bones.
Yoga not only increases your flexibility — no matter where you’re starting at — it’s also one of the best forms of resistance strength training, using your own body weight. We use yoga to build strength, flexibility, cardio fitness, and prevent injury.
